This page describes how people give consent to receive text messages from Artistè, operated by Perfect Timbre Tech LLC. Artistè connects performing artists with venues; artists who opt in receive booking notifications by text.

Where consent is collected

Consent is collected in the Artistè app when an artist creates an account. On the sign-up screen, below the phone number field, there is a separate opt-in control that is off by default and must be turned on deliberately. Creating an account does not by itself opt anyone in to text messages, and the app is fully usable without them.

What subscribers receive

Transactional booking notifications only — no marketing or promotional texts. A typical message:

A gig offer from a venue, with the date and time, which the artist answers by replying YES to accept or NO to decline.
A confirmation or expiry notice after the artist replies.

Example: “Artiste: gig offer for 2026-09-05, 20:00-22:00 (offer 4821). Reply YES to accept or NO to decline. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Expires in 48hrs.”

Message frequency, cost, and help

Frequency varies — a message is sent only when a venue makes that artist an offer and when their reply is processed, so volume follows their own booking activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Artistè does not charge for these messages.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time; we confirm once and stop sending. Reply START to opt back in.

Privacy
