These terms govern the text (SMS) messages sent by the Artistè booking-notification program, operated by Perfect Timbre Tech LLC (“Artistè”, “we”, “us”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program: Artistè Booking Notifications. Message frequency varies and depends on your booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
Artistè connects performing artists with venues. If you are an artist and you provide your mobile number, we send you transactional text messages about your own bookings — for example, a gig offer from a venue, and a confirmation or expiry notice after you reply. These are booking notifications, not marketing messages.
You opt in in the Artistè app when you create an artist account. Below the phone number field there is a separate control, off by default, which you turn on to agree to receive booking notification texts at that number. Creating an account does not by itself opt you in, and Artistè works without texts. The exact disclosure shown there is reproduced on our SMS Opt-In page. We send messages only to artists who have opted in and who have an active booking offer. We do not text numbers that have not opted in.
Message frequency varies. You receive a message only when a venue makes you a booking offer and when your reply is processed, so the number of messages depends entirely on your own booking activity. There is no fixed or recurring schedule.
Artistè does not charge you for these messages. However, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to any message. After you send STOP, we send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we stop sending booking notifications to that number. To opt back in, reply START.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed.
We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number, or your consent to receive text messages, with any third party for their marketing. Our SMS delivery provider processes messages only to deliver them on our behalf.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, communicated in the app or by email.
